  • Managing Director AMAG Retail: Implementation of strategic reorientation. Massive increase in performance and improvement in earnings of CHF 22 million EBIT within 18 months
  • Various automotive dealerships: Analysis and implementation of massive performance improvement programmes in the garage and vehicle sales
• Food retailing and large-scale gastronomy
  Development and implementation of purchasing strategy, standardisation of business model and IT platform for the efficient handling of purchasing processes for around 700 catering businesses. Significant increase of the EBIT margin from < 3% to > 10%
